Authentic space to Villa Albizi

The kitchen, located in the oldest part of the villa, is a large space with two glass doors to the outside. It is well equipped with industrial steel furniture, a wide range of ultra modern equipment to facilitate the preparation of authentic Tuscan dishes. It is used by the chef and his assistant to prepare breakfasts and dinners… but also lunches, snacks, coctails, and culinary experiences with sweet or fruity notes.

Terms and conditions for the kitchen


Chef’s hours from 6pm to 11pm

Assistant’s hours from 6pmto 11pmand from 8amto 10:30am

Chef days in the kitchen: Saturday Dinner, Sunday Lunch, Monday – Tuesday – Thursday – Friday Dinners

The kitchen remains free for guest use on Wednesdays and Sundays for dinner. The Guests always have free access to the kitchen throughout the week, but will have to be careful not to enter the kitchen during the Chef’s service, for the best result of the dishes served. If they want to use the Chef and his Assistant also on Wednesday or Sunday they will have to request it a few days in advance.

The ingredients are born in a unique place that gives them special peculiarities. Places, shapes, flavors, smells, times and customs must be preserved. The expertise of a Personal Chef, who designs a personalized dish for every need of the guest, gives essential preparations, movements reduced to a minimum, and every waste is banned.
