Albizi’s Cooking Lesson offers cuisine fans a unique opportunity to become acquainted with the tastes and smells of the lands of Tuscany. The cooking courses, which are customized for its customers, are designed to involve its participants who, from the start, will be able to prepare the recipes, learning about the ingredients of Italian Cuisine and its cooking techniques. Every chef needs a big kitchen, where the taste for conviviality and the pleasure of hospitality can reign.

What to bring?
A lot of curiosity and trust … because the agreements must be established between the smells and tastes of the wine and the dish tasted. Every class takes approximately 3 hours, and is followed by a lunch during which the dishes can be tasted. The classes take place in your villa.
