To continue being Real Cooking Lesson, we have to change.

 

Dear guests and friends,

in the 2023 season, Albizi will offer cooking enthusiasts a new opportunity to get to know the flavours and smells of the Tuscan lands. The cooking courses, customized for your needs, will be online after your departure. Albizi’s kitchen will transform into a large laboratory, a pioneering test kitchen dedicated to food innovation work, to the development of new flavours, which will share the fruits of the efforts more widely than ever before.

 

Our aim is to create a lasting organization dedicated to innovative work in the food sector, but also to redefine the foundations for a Kitchens team, a place where you can learn, you can take risks and you can grow… even from your own home!

Every Chef needs a large kitchen, where the taste for conviviality and the pleasure of flavour can reign: and the large kitchen will no longer be closed within 4 walls. We are starting a New Chapter.

Practical information

The price of the cooking course includes lunch service for the group. Available from April to October 2023 . Each lesson lasts about 3 hours, and is followed by a lunch during which the dishes can be tasted. Lessons take place in your villa.

Min 8 people – Max 14 people. 3 hours. Languages: English, Italian. Not suitable for children

You can reserve the Service through your Login on VillApp. Login will be provided to you after you confirm villa. By clicking on the Reserve button you will actually confirm the order. You can book your favorite cooking class now  and you can change your booking up to 10 days before the day of the activity. Payment is required at Villa Albizi upon check-out, by credit card, AmEx or Visa.

What to bring?

A lot of curiosity and trust … because the agreements must be established between the smells and tastes of the wine and the dish tasted. Every class takes approximately 3 hours, and is followed by a lunch during which the dishes can be tasted. The classes take place in your villa.
